Petzl OK ist ein ovaler Aluminium-Karabiner mit verschiedenen Verschluss-Formen nach EN 362 und EN12275 B, der sich sehr gut für die Anwendung als Verbindungsmittel an Sicherungsgeräten einsetzen lässt. Die symmetrische, ovale Form gewährleistet eine erhöhte Effizienz, unabhängig davon, welches Ende des Karabiners sich dem Gerät am nächsten befidnet. Zudem lassen sich die ovalen Karabiner besonders gut in einer Umlenkrolle verwenden. Alle Petzl-Karabiner verfügen über ein Keylock-Verschluss, so dass das Seil beim Einhängen nicht festhakt. Er hat eine Bruchlast von 25 kN und eine Öffnungsweite von 19 mm.
