This high-quality set offers everything you need for safe and efficient abseiling! The set includes the Sparrow abseiling device from Climbing Technology and a Petzl OK Triact-Lock carabiner with a matching positioning bracket. The abseiling device is approved according to EN 341 for the abseiling of two people at the same time. It is ideal in the case of assisted lowering of two people, where the device is installed at the anchor point (the user abseils the rescuer with the casualty) or in the case of simultaneous abseiling of two people (the rescuer abseils with the casualty). The relatively small device is versatile and allows several application functions, both in passive and active mode. The exceptionally high working load in the single strand according to EN 341 allows two people to abseil simultaneously up to a maximum of 180 m. The positioning device has a permanently integrated additional rope deflection cam, which can be switched on if necessary in order to be able to regulate the control of the abseiling speed even more precisely, especially with high loads. With the Petzl OK Triact-Lock carabiner included in the set and the matching Petzl Captiv positioning bracket, the set is ready for immediate use. The set is not delivered assembled!
