Kask SoundControl hearing protection - SC1/SC2/SC3 The Kask SoundControl hearing protector is a high-quality earmuff for use with all Kask work helmets. The three colour-coded variants SC1 (green), SC2 (yellow) and SC3 (orange) cover different attenuation levels - from light to extremely loud ambient noise. The ear capsules are lightweight, non-conductive and ergonomically shaped for a comfortable fit. Thanks to the standard EURO mount (30 mm slot), the hearing protectors are easy to fit and infinitely adjustable. Models and areas of application SC1 The green SC1 hearing protector is designed for use in low to medium noise exposure, as typically found in industrial environments. With an SNR value of 25 dB, it offers sufficient protection while being lightweight at around 250 g.   SC2 The yellow SC2 hearing protection is suitable for medium to high noise levels, e.g. on construction sites, in forestry, in production facilities or in agriculture. With an SNR of 29 dB, it offers effective noise protection and weighs approx. 270 g. SC3 The orange SC3 hearing protection has been specially developed for use in extremely loud environments - e.g. at airports, during car races or when working with jackhammers. Made from a water-repellent, washable special fabric with UPF 50+, it reliably protects the neck and ears from harmful UV radiation. The neck protector is a functional addition to the helmet, especially when working in summer or in highly exposed areas. The cloth is attached to the inside of the helmet using a Velcro strap and can be quickly removed again if required. The visor is made of robust polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant and anti-fog coating and is available in transparent, tinted, and mirrored versions. Thanks to its panoramic shape, it offers a wide field of vision and can also be worn over prescription glasses.
